Celebrating our colleagues
Representation matters. There is great strength in diversity and we are continuously doing all we can to ensure that all colleagues are adequately supported and valued in their role.
In this section, we celebrate colleagues across the council. At the moment, we focus on celebrating Managers and Interns, and we hope to expand this further in the coming months.
Celebrating the achievements of our black managers
In honour of Black History Month 2020, we are shining a light on some of our amazing black managers, their careers and celebrating their contributions to Southwark Council’s success over the years. A special thanks to Mojoko Noah, Team Manager, HR Business Partnering, who suggested this idea. We hope our stories highlight the talent of our black managers, helping other colleagues to see that they too are valued, and can progress into management roles.
