Wellbeing Walks at Nunhead Cemetery
Join Ardu Wellbeing for a calming and restorative guided Wellbeing Walk in the beautiful, historic grounds of Nunhead Cemetery. These sessions are designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through simple, nature-based mindfulness practices that help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance connection—to nature, to others, and to yourself.

🌿 Each walk is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and brings together mindfulness, breathwork, wellbeing coaching and nature immersion.
This session is suitable for all experience levels. You don’t need to have done mindfulness or meditation before—we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Full address: Nunhead Cemetery, Linden Grove, London, SE15 3LP. We will meet at Linden Grove Gates. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for a gentle start at 10.30am.

Autumn 2025 Wellbeing Sessions
1. Saturday 11th October – World Mental Health Day
Join Ardu Wellbeing this World Mental Health Day for a calming and restorative guided Wellbeing Walk in the beautiful, historic grounds of Nunhead Cemetery.
This special session combines the benefits of walking in nature with gentle wellbeing coaching practices to support your mental health. You’ll be guided through simple, nature-based mindfulness techniques designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and deepen your connection—to nature, to others, and to yourself.
2. Saturday 1st November - Breathwork for Calm, Clarity, and Connection
Step away from the busy week and immerse yourself in nature while focusing on your breath. This session combines a gentle walk with guided breathwork practices to support relaxation, clarity, and connection—to yourself and the natural world.
3. Saturday 29th November - Mindfulness
Take a break from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the present moment. This session combines a gentle walk with guided mindfulness practices to support mental clarity, calm, and a deeper connection—to yourself, others, and nature.
These sessions are part of the East Lodge Ruin to Revival project, aiming to bring people together through nature, history, and healing.
This walk is led by Ardu Wellbeing in partnership with Southwark Council and Friends of Nunhead Cemetery (FONC), and made possible by generous funding from the Heritage Fund.
