Join heritage officers Jeevan and Lisa at Southwark Archives for this pop up day showcasing the range of resources and objects on the history of Southwark’s South Asian Communities.

Also on display will be photographs from the 1980s and 90s by former Southwark Council leisure photographer, Phil Polglaze of Southwark events including those organised by the Southwark Muslim Women’s Association plus films from the Southwark Film collection. Jeevan will also be bringing along museum objects related to South Asian communities. 

The pop up is free to all and will be held in the nice quiet space that is Southwark Archives.
