We’re experiencing technical issues. These include forms for Council Tax, business rates and Housing Benefit. Our team is working to resolve this.
These are two Qigong & Wellbeing courses; one of 5 weeks and the second course of 12 weeks, which will deepen the Qigong and Taiji practises. Each class lasts 90 minutes and includes the following;
Movement Practise - 60 mins
Writing for Self-enquiry and to ground the practises 15 minutes
Self applied massage 15 minutes
Through consistent practice, alignment becomes a pathway to self-awareness and a deeper, loving relationship with the bodyBy observing your body through the movement practise, writing prompts will be offered to ground and deepen your experience, inviting you to remember, reconnect and reclaim 'YOU'.
The QIGONG & TAIJI practises will focus on cultivating alignment and harmonious energy flow. Beyond the physical, alignment sharpens mental clarity, and enhances emotional balance.
Practices will include
*Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang)
*Eight Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) &
*Cloud Hands (Yun Shou).
