As part of the Streets for People engagement for the London Bridge area, we’re inviting you to a workshop to discuss the design ideas and how we can improve your area.
We will be sharing some initial plans, and working with you to make them even better.
In this workshop, we will:
- Present the concept plans for the London Bridge area.
- Discuss ideas for making our neighbourhoods more walkable and cycling friendly.
- Explore solutions to improve accessibility, address road safety and create more community spaces.
- Gather your input to guide the next steps of the Streets for People programme.
This is your chance to get involved, meet your neighbours, and help shape the future of our community.
We're hosting separate workshops on different days, so everyone has a chance to join. If you can’t make it to this one, or would prefer an in-person session, check out the details for our other workshops:
- Saturday 11 October 12-1:30pm (in-person)
We will additionally be holding a guided cycle on 18 October
Who should attend: Residents, business owners, community groups, and anyone who wants to make our community a better place to live, work, and move around.
If you want to participate but require reasonable adjustments to do so, please email us at highways@southwark.gov.uk so we can make the necessary arrangements.
How to register: This workshop is free, but spaces are limited. Click the "Reserve a spot" button now to secure your place. We will email you to confirm you are registered and send you the meeting link.
We look forward to seeing you there and hearing your ideas!
