Description

We run a range of classes:

  • Gymnastics for All (GfA) is a recreational program that teaches the fundamental basics of the sport in a fun and enjoyable way. It is especially suitable for beginners from 4 years to 15 years old and is mostly ‘non-competitive’. Instead, gymnasts work through our badge scheme and in-house events such as the club championships and end of year show.
  • Tiny Gym is an exciting blend of soft play and gymnastics ideal for children under 5 years old. Our traditional gymnastics facilities are specially adapted so that children can explore safely with their parents or carers. Tiny Gym is available at Camberwell Leisure Centre.
  • Adult Gymnastics is a fantastic for everyone no matter what age. Our classes are a mix of complete beginners, ex-gymnasts and those wishing to continue from where they stopped as a child. We also welcome cheerleaders, trickers, free runners, callisthenic enthusiasts, parkour traceurs and anyone else who wishes to make use of our training facilities.
  • We offer Aerial Silks classes for both children and Adults of all abilities, including beginners. Our instructors are provided by Aircraft Circus Academy, South London’s leading circus school offering professional courses, and general silks and ropes classes for adults as well as other aerial skills. Aerial silks classes are a great way to increase core and upper body strength whilst gaining a new skill. Every session includes a warm-up before moving on to the silks.
  • Tricking gymnastics, commonly referred to simply as “tricking,” is an athletic discipline that combines movements from gymnastics, martial arts, tumbling, and acrobatics. Unlike traditional gymnastics, which is highly structured and uses standardized apparatus or routines, tricking emphasizes creativity, individuality, and personal expression through freestyle movements. The key elements are kicks, flips, transitions and combos.
