Description

These guided sessions use simple nature-based mindfulness practices to support mental and physical wellbeing by helping reduce stress, improve focus, and deepen connection with nature, others, and yourself 🌿

No experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed, and all are welcome.

This event is FREE to attend and is part of the East Lodge Ruin to Revival project at Nunhead Cemetery. It is led by Ardu Wellbeing in partnership with London Borough of Southwark and Friends of Nunhead Cemetery (FONC), with generous funding from the Heritage Fund.
