The Ernest Foundation invites community members from Southwark to join its Body Fitting Exercise sessions—a holistic program designed to support physical health, mobility, and emotional well-being. Held on the first 3 Thursdays of each month at Bell Gardens in Peckham, these sessions are ideal for older adults, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone seeking gentle, supportive movement activities in a welcoming environment.
The program includes:
- Seated and light exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility
- Pain and fracture relief techniques tailored for those managing chronic pain or mobility issues
