Pecan Women's Services are proud to present a film screening of Summer of Soul for Black History Month, funded by Southwark Council.

Come join us for a special in-person event at All Saints Church Hall Peckham to watch the incredible documentary Summer of Soul. Get ready to immerse yourself in the magic of the 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival, featuring amazing performances by iconic musicians such as Nina Simone and Stevie Wonder.

The wonderful JB Rose will be providing some refreshments including Caribbean inspired canapés (mini vegan patties, stuffed dumplings and plantain stacks) and some cakes.

Don't miss this chance to experience the music, culture, and history of this unforgettable event on the big screen and have some amazing food as well!
