The Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapy Deputy Team manager posts attract an additional one-off recruitment and retention payment of £2300 per annum in 2023. Full terms are available upon request, but each case is based on the individual start date.

Staff are awarded annual performance-related increments and can enter the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
