Who the course is for
This course is for anyone who would like to work in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared.

How the course is taught
The course will be classroom based and a course workbook is provided. There will be a 30-question multiple-choice exam at the end of the course.
Materials you’ll need
Pen and notepaper.
After the course
You will be able to volunteer or apply for work in any setting where food is prepared. You can also undertake a Level 3 course with another provider.
