Food safety

Food safety in catering is an essential certificate for anyone wishing to gain knowledge and understanding of the safe preparation and serving of food. The course content enables employers to meet the legal requirements for all food handlers to receive basic food hygiene awareness.

Successful candidates will gain a certificate in food safety and hygiene in catering from the Royal Society for Public Health.

Anyone wishing to work in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared.

30 question multiple choice exam paper at the end of the course.
