  • basic weaving and/or crochet skills (chain stitch, single and double crochet stitches)

Week 2 (2 hours)

How the course is taught

The course is tutor-led with opportunities for learners to share thoughts and ideas and to support and learn from each other.

What to bring

All basic materials are included in your course fee, and we will have fabrics that you can use. You may wish to bring fabrics of your own choice too - jersey (old t-shirts) and lightweight cotton works best.

We will provide weaving cards, crochet hooks and other tools as required.

After the course

Display or use your unique item at home or turn it into a gift. Use your new skills to create further items with materials you might otherwise discard.
