Southwark Regeneration in Partnership Programme
The Southwark Regeneration in Partnership Programme’s aim is to deliver approximately 1,500 new homes of mixed tenure through a development partnership agreement. This would be done by leveraging in the investment and expertise of established developers through a joint partnering arrangement that would maximise and enhance the utility, value and quality of the development outcome and the council’s assets and services.
Procurement for Lot A and Lot B of the Southwark Regeneration in Partnership Programme (SRPP) is being undertaken through the GLA’s London Development Panel (LDP).
On 17 November 2015, Southwark Council held a bidders’ day at our offices on Tooley Street with developers and registered providers and covering the SRPP and the council’s Direct Delivery programme.
The day was very successful with a presentation (pdf, 4.3mb) that included the launch of the Southwark Design Values and Interim New Homes Design Standards by the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and New Homes. You can find the full list of attendees (pdf, 32kb) here.
