Proposed delivery timeline
The council is in the process of procuring a development partner for the delivery of the Albion Civic Site via the Office of the European Journal. The selection questionnaire has been issued and received and the council has now shortlisted five developers to submit Invitation to Tender (ITT). The ITT is expected to be issued in November 2017 and return of ITT to be in December 2017. Clarifications and evaluation of tender is expected to be completed by the end of January 2018. The appointment of a developer partner to deliver the project is expected to be by March 2018. It's expected the contract will be delivered within 24 months by the end of March 2020.
