Kingswood House regeneration
We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations interested in taking on the operation and management of Kingswood House, located at the centre of Kingswood Estate south of Southwark.
About the opportunity at Kingswood House
This is a fantastic opportunity to reinvigorate an iconic building, Grade 2 listed building in South Dulwich. It’s within 10 to 15 minutes’ walk of two-zone 3 rail stations (Sydenham Hill and Gipsy Hill Station) with links to Victoria and London Bridge. It could be used for a vibrant mix of new uses that could include studios, co-work space and spaces for events and community uses.
We want to appoint a partner that will:
- be able to bring forward viable proposals
- secure investment into Kingswood House
- respond to the needs of the local community
- add social value
- optimise the use of the building for people who live, work or visit the south of the borough
