This landmark scheme consists of two buildings including a landmark 43-storey residential tower. It includes mixed tenure flats along with ground floor commercial space. The tower is characterised by three 9m diameter wind turbines set within the top 20m.
Printworks, Amelia Street
A nine storey development consisting of mixed tenure housing and ground floor commercial space for small businesses. As part of this scheme, the developers made a significant contribution towards a public realm improvement competition, focusing on the local area of the Pullens Estate.
South Central East
Two highly contemporary buildings comprising of mixed tenure residential homes and seven commercial units on the ground floor.
O-Central, Crampton Street
Located to the west of the railway viaduct, O-Central rises to nine storeys and provides a further example of high quality, contemporary design within the Elephant and Castle. Fronting on to Walworth Road, this development delivered 220 new student flats and new ground floor commercial space contributing to the health and vibrancy of the area.
On site schemes
Elephant Road, Phase 1
Situated off New Kent Road and Elephant Road, the Elephant Road site is due for completion in autumn 2016 and will provide new homes for rent, leisure facilities, a Sainsbury’s supermarket, along with student, retail and restaurant accommodation.
This new development is the first phase of Delancey and APG's wider plans for the area, which include redevelopment of the Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre to create a vibrant town centre incorporating retail, restaurant and associated commercial accommodation, as well as new homes and a new public square.
Planning consent was granted in 2008 for a 44 storey residential tower located next to the award winning refurbished St Mary's Churchyard.
Along with significant improvements to the local landscape, this scheme would also see 470 homes and the Southwark Playhouse relocating to the Elephant and Castle in their new home on the ground floor.
The Greater London Authority has announced that MACE and Essential Living have been selected as the development partner to take forward construction of the scheme. Construction is scheduled to commence in Spring 2014.

A 22 storey, mixed-use development, this scheme includes 38 homes and commercial premisis on the ground floor.
237 Walworth Road
Plan for a 2-5 storey building incorporating 54 flats and commercial space. The proposal includes 17 affordable homes.
