Health kiosks
You can get a free 5-minute health check using one of our digital health kiosks at a library or leisure centre.
You can measure your:
- height
- weight
- blood pressure
- heart rate
- alcohol dependency risk
- stress and anxiety risk
- smoking risk status
- body mass index (BMI) to tell if you’re a healthy weight for your height
You don’t need to be registered with a library or leisure centre.
You do need:
- an email address
- to be 16 or older

- learn about your own health to stay healthier for longer
- get lifestyle advice tailored to you and find out where to get local support
- reduce your chance of developing long-term health conditions like cardiovascular disease (also known as heart and circulatory disease), diabetes and dementia
- track changes in your health by using the kiosks regularly
How to get your free health check at one of our health kiosks
There are 8 health kiosks in Southwark. You can use the health kiosk map to locate your nearest one.

You don’t need to book – just turn up and use them for free. Check the library and leisure centre websites for opening times.
