National and local organisations and services that provide support if you're experiencing domestic and sexual abuse:

• National domestic abuse Helpline is a freephone 24-hour helpline (0808 2000 247) providing advice and support to women and can can refer them to emergency accommodation
• Women’s Aid Live Chat is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 12 midnight
• Hollie Guard turns a smartphone into a personal safety device by notifying your chosen contact if you're in danger
• Aaina Community Hub aims to empower and develop women by providing a drop-in services, workshops and community courses
• Ashiana Network provides shelter and support to black, minority ethnic and refugee women or girls facing domestic and sexual abuse
• Asian Women’s Resource Centre is a specialist women’s organisation providing support services to black, Asian and minority ethnic women and children who have experienced or are at risk of domestic abuse
• Bede House Starfish Project offers advice and support to people affected by domestic abuse who are Southwark residents
• DeafHope supports deaf survivors of domestic and sexual abuse
• FORWARD is a charity for African Diaspora women aiming to end female genital mutilation (FGM) in African communities
• Halo Project provides advice and support to victims of honour-based violence and forced marriage
• IMECE Women’s Centre helps women and victims of violence to improve their lives in a safe, women-only environment
• Karma Nirvana is a national helpline to support victims in immediate danger of forced marriage and honour-based violence
• LAWRS is a human rights, feminist organisation pursuing equal rights and social justice for all Latin American women and migrant women in the UK
• LGBT Domestic Abuse Partnership (DAP) is open to any LGBT person experiencing domestic abuse who lives or works in London
• Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men is a confidential helpline for men experiencing domestic abuse from a partner or ex-partner (or from other family members)
• Nia provides services for women, children and young people who have experienced gender-based abuse
• Paladin is a trauma-informed service. It helps high-risk victims of stalking in England and Wales
• Pecan Southwark Women’s Space is a women-only space offering advice and support on a range of issues, including domestic abuse
• Rape Crisis provides a national helpline and rape crisis centres to victims of rape and sexual assault
• Respect work with perpetrators, male victims, and young people using violence in their close relationships.
• Southwark Domestic Abuse Service (SDAS), delivered by Refuge, provides comprehensive community-based domestic and sexual abuse support services to Southwark residents
• SOLACE Women’s Aid is a London-based charity providing accommodation, advice and support to victims of domestic and sexual abuse
• Southall Black Sisters provides support and advice to black Asian and African-Caribbean women who experience gender-related violence
