Neighbourhood planning
Neighbourhood planning gives you more of a role in the planning of your neighbourhood. It's a process led by the community and supported by us.

Neighbourhood forum renewal
A local community group in the Southbank and Waterloo area has made an application seeking re-designation as the neighbourhood forum for the area.
The group is called the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Forum or SoWN.
SoWN was first designated as a neighbourhood forum for the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood area in March 2014 and re-designated in February 2019.
The group is now applying to renew its neighbourhood forum status. This renewal process must occur every five years. For the next 6 weeks we are inviting your views on SoWN’s application for re-designation. This will last from Monday 15 September to Monday 27 October 2025.
For more information and to submit comments, visit the application for the re-designation of the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Forum.
