Welcome to Southwark Council's PFM

Welcome to our developer contributions database, showing both Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 Obligations data. This public facing module (PFM) will allow you to see the planning applications with obligations from Southwark Council in an interface powered by Exacom

Key features include the local CIL dashboard, the S106 allocation and spending dashboard and the application lookup facility. The site updates each evening and most data can be filtered over a date range of your choosing.

CIL: the data covers the whole of Southwark Council since the first local Charging Schedule was adopted on 1st April 2015.
Further information on CIL in Southwark can be viewed at Southwark CIL

S106: the data covers the whole of Southwark Council. The PFM currently contains deed, receipt, allocation and spend details from 1 April 2019 onwards. Work is currently ongoing to extend the range of data available to view - please note that this may mean that some S106 sums temporarily appear as available when they have actually already been spent, please contact cil.s106@southwark.gov.uk if you require further details. Historic S106 data can be viewed at S106 Historic Reports

Data is held for deeds signed together with some historic deeds where either (a) obligation triggers had not yet fallen due; or (b) the Council held funds which had not been spent.

NOTE: All information shown here has been approved by Southwark Council, and the extent of the information available to the public is also controlled entirely by the Authority.
