Dulwich SPD

The Dulwich Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) ^{(PDF, 1.7mb)} was adopted in 2013 and covers the entire Dulwich Community Council area including East Dulwich, Herne Hill, and Dulwich Village. The SPD also covers a small area to the west of Peckham Rye.

The objectives of the SPD are to:

• set out planning guidance for Dulwich, given its unique natural and historic features 
• provide further detail on acceptable development in the area 
• set out detailed guidance on land use, accessibility and design
