Residential Design Standards SPD

The Residential Design Standards SPD ^{(PDF, 824kb)} was adopted in 2011 and was subject to a technical update in March 2015, in response to changes to the government’s housing standards review. An interim guidance note ^{(PDF, 208kb)} has also been published by the council which supplements these changes.

The SPD contains further detailed guidance on our residential design policies for:
