Development Viability SPD

The Development Viability SPD ^{(PDF, 736kb)} was adopted in March 2016 and sets out the council’s approach to viability appraisals submitted by applicants as part of planning applications. The SPD focuses specifically on development proposals, which do not provide a policy compliant level of affordable housing. The SPD proposes detailed implementation guidance on currently adopted local planning policies related to affordable housing in our Development Plan.
