Local Development Scheme 2022-2025

The Local development scheme (LDS) is a timetable published by the council for the preparation and adoption of local planning policy and guidance documents, including the Local Plan, Area Action Plans (AAPs), Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) and others like the Statement of Community Involvement.

This LDS will replace the October 2019 LDS and provides a timetable for preparing Southwark’s Planning Documents for a period leading up to March 2025.
