The UK General Election is on 4 July. 
Register to vote by 18 June.
If you need to vote by post, you must apply to do this by 5pm on 19 June.
You need valid photo ID to vote in person. If you don’t have valid ID, apply by 5pm on 26 June for a Voter Authority Certificate.

Burgess Park

Park byelaws

Our park byelaws are in place to promote responsible park usage, users of the park are reminded that the following items may not be used within the park:

  • gazebos or any form of structure that provides shade, including any inflatable structures
  • generators
  • amplified music such as PA systems, docking systems and speakers

If you'd like to hold an event in Burgess Park you must first get permission from our event's team; activities promoted through social media or advertised aren't permitted within normal park usage. For more information, see our hiring a park or public open space page.
