Account holders must cancel their current virtual permit for the existing vehicle and only then change their vehicle details online.

Once the new vehicle details have been input and a virtual permit created, you need to upload your new log book to prove Registered Keeper details

Estate business permits

If it's necessary for your business to park on an estate, you can apply for a business parking permit. These permits may have time restrictions where parking is in demand with limited parking spaces.

Who can apply

You're eligible if you're:

a contractor or subcontractor carrying out essential work on an estate on behalf of Southwark Council
a council staff member who works on an estate
