Global IT issues affecting online systems

We are currently impacted by the global IT issues. As a result, a number of our online systems are affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Pay for parking

During controlled hours, charges apply for parking in paid for bays. You can find specific parking times on a sign adjacent to the parking bay.

Our parking map provides information on bays in Southwark where you can pay to park.

The map also shows all of Southwark’s zone parking bays and their days and times of operation.

Pay to park with paybyphone

PayByPhone is a quick, easy to use mobile phone service, which lets you pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. When you park your car in an area featuring the PayByPhone service, you simply contact PayByPhone by phone or online to pay.

With PayByPhone, you'll:

  • no longer need to carry change for a parking machine
  • only need to register once to use the service to pay for all future parking
  • receive text messages to alert you when your parking is about to expire
  • be able to extend your parking without returning to your car

How to register

You can register with PayByPhone either online, by phone or using the PayByPhone apps for iPhone and Android handsets. You can find out more information on how it works page.
