The new building boasts a warm and inviting reception space, something that service users highlighted the need for during the consultation process. Many service users have commented on how much nicer the new reception space is.  There is also a variety and quantity of interview rooms to better meet needs of client groups and increase the frequency of visits.

Cllr Jasmine Ali, cabinet member for Children, Schools and Adult Care said: “I’m really happy to be here today to mark the official opening of Castlemead. This new building highlights our commitment as a council to invest in our services to ensure they match the quality our residents expect and deserve.”
