Request an ASSA key or fob

Apply here for a communal access ASSA key or entry fob

If you've lost your communal ASSA access door key or entry fob, or you need a new one for other members of your household or regular visitors to your property, you can order and pay for it online and have it delivered directly to your door.

How to order

You can order new ASSA keys or fobs, or request a replacement for a faulty key or fob, by completing and submitting this form.

Please note that if you are a tenant or leaseholder of one of these resident-managed housing organisations you should contact them to make the request: Applegarth House; Browning; Cooper Close; Falcon Point; Haddonhall; Leathermarket; Styles House; Two Towers; Willowbrook.

ASSA keys and fobs can only be ordered by, or with the permission of, the council tenant or leaseholder and will be delivered by hand to the tenancy or leasehold property.

You will need to have your rent account number (if you are a tenant) or service charge account number (if you are a leaseholder) to hand. This is a ten-digit number which can be found on council invoices or statements.

Replacements for faulty keys or fobs can be ordered free of charge. Additional ASSA keys cost £23.50 each; entry fobs cost £22.50 each. Payment can be made with Visa or Master credit or debit cards.

What happens next

When you submit your order we will email you confirmation that your application and payment has been received. If you need to replace a faulty key or fob we will then contact you to arrange a time to exchange for a new one.

If you have asked for additional fobs or keys (up to a maximum of four) we will then arrange for them to be hand-delivered to you.
Please note that we will only deliver to the registered address of the council tenant or leaseholder, and that you should allow up to four weeks for delivery.

If you would like any support or advice, officers at our MySouthwark Service Points will be happy to help you or if you have a question about getting a new key or fob, or about an order that you have placed, please contact repairs@southwark.gov.uk (please quote your application reference number if possible).
