Stay At Home Library

Homework help and study support

A phased re-opening of our libraries is now underway, starting with those which can be opened safely and in line with social distancing guidelines. Consequently there will be no face to face children’s activities until further notice. Find out about the services we can currently offer and future plans here.

Our homework help sessions are normally held during term time for children 7 to 16 years (unless stated otherwise). During these sessions, our dedicated staff provide homework assistance free of charge. There's no need to book these sessions and if you cannot stay for the whole session, that's not a problem.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you're interested in volunteering to assist staff at a homework club, please get in touch. For more information about Young volunteers and the Homework Help sessions, contact Elaine Walters or Marlon McFarlane
