The Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapy Deputy Team manager posts attracts an additional one-off recruitment and retention payment of £2300 per annum in 2023. Full terms are available upon request, but each case is based on the individual start date.

Staff are awarded annual performance related increments and can enter the local government pension scheme (LGPS).
