Discovery outcomes - Safe Steps

The discovery resulted in the decision being made to work with Safe Steps to develop a community based falls risk assessment tool. Safe Steps is a digital falls risk assessment tool currently in use in care homes, designed to reduce the number of falls. The proposal involved adapting their current app for use in new community settings.
