Information on Mental health services
One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem, such as depression or anxiety, at some point in their lives.
Mental health problems can affect anyone, regardless of age, race, gender or social background.
People with a mental illness can experience difficulties in the way they think, feel or behave. This can significantly affect their relationships, their work, and their quality of life.
