Options appraisal

This page contains all the documents supplied to Hunters who are carrying out the Options Appraisal on the future of the Ledbury Towers. The Options Appraisal is reviewing the four options for refurbishing the tower blocks that Southwark Council has previously gote resident opinions on. It will also develop options that may include demolishing all or some of the existing tower blocks and replacing them with new council homes so that there's no loss of council housing. At the end of the Options Appraisal process, the council is hoping to have three or four options to present to residents for consultation.

The options appraisal brief has had to be amended and clarified on a number of occasions, hence the changes in the brief and maps as set out in the documents below:
