Fire safety

We've published fire safety information packs for all of our:

• blocks of 10 storeys and higher
• lower buildings with a more complex design 

The information packs are specific to each block. They explain the property's fire safety features. They also give fire safety advice and information. This includes:

• steps you can take to make sure you, your family and your neighbours stay safe
• what to do if there is a fire
• fire detection systems, fire doors and escape routes
• hazards in your home and tips on how to reduce the risk of a fire
• what equipment there is to make sure that if a fire does break out it does not easily spread
• escape routes
• examples of dangerous habits that could stop residents from escaping
• what the emergency services do in a fire
• who to call or email to answer your questions
