COVID-19 rapid testing (if you don’t have symptoms)

If you can’t work from home or you’re a key worker you can now book a rapid COVID-19 test if you don’t have symptoms.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but the Revenues and Benefits system will be temporarily unavailable between Saturday 27th February 2021 to Sunday 28th February 2021.
This period of downtime is necessary for updates to be applied to our systems for year end processing.

Condensation, damp and mould

It's your responsibility to reduce condensation and mould in your home. Without needing a repair, you can do so by following simple steps. We'll visit your home to help only after you've attempted to remedy the problem yourself.

Remember to:

  • adjust your heating to keep all rooms and walls warm
  • reduce air moisture wherever possible
  • ventilate your home as much as possible
  • clean away any signs of mould as soon as it appears

If you've tried all of the methods in this leaflet for three months and you still have condensation and mould, you can request an inspection by emailing repairs@southwark.gov.uk and confirming all your attempts to resolve this.
