Description

The proposal is to demolish and redevelop the existing Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) hall to build new a TRA hall, as well as 11 new homes above and a basement level to accommodate a sprinkler system. Proposed works could also include landscaping the communal areas, providing a playground and improving a walkway.
