Chilton Grove (Rooftop Homes)
Description
The works to 2-68 and 70-136 Chilton Grove involve the refurbishment of 68 residential units contained within two part 4 / part 6 storey blocks. The works involve the construction of a two storey roof extension on each block to provide 44 new residential units (taking the total to 112 units). The blocks would increase to part 6 / part 8 storeys in height. The new 44 homes would be affordable, social rented units.
