Old Peckham Library Ph5

Description

This scheme could redevelop the building on the site of the Old Peckham Library to provide residential accommodation on the first floor and above with community space on the ground floor. The community space could potentially be developed in collaboration with Pecan, a local Peckham charity.

Bell Phillips produced a capacity study in March 2018. This study outlined the potential for community space on the ground floor and gave three options for the residential accommodation above, with the potential to provide four to nine new homes.
