Cator Street (Extra Care Phase 2)

Description

Cator Street 2 is a second phase of development on the site of the former Southwark Learning and Resource centre. The first phase, Tayo Situ House, is a new 42 home extra care facility which was completed in early 2017.

This phase will deliver a new day care centre, community and information hub on the ground floor, a new community mulit-purpose space, an additional 50 extra care homes linking with Tayo Situ House and eight additional wheelchair council homes on the ground floor.
