1-70 Blossom Court

Description

Blossom Court is a mixed height block on the site of former workshops on Sumner Road and the block provides 70 new homes to the community. The site also includes a new large community centre split across two levels, a new two-way road was created for the site to improve vehicle and pedestrian access. New Car Parking spaces were created for the blocks along with a new play space.
