This development created 19 new council homes for social rent. There are five three-bedroom houses and a block of 14 flats (two three-bedroom, six two-bedroom and four one-bedroom flats, as well as one one-bedroom and one three-bedroom wheelchair accessible flat).

We also reprovided five car parking spaces and communal amenity space and landscaping works as part of the development.
