Introduction

As part of our work to become a good landlord, we want to be open about how well we are delivering our services. To keep you informed, we will publish performance information every 3 months (every quarter of the year).  

These updates show the progress we’re making on the things that matter most to you: better homes, better estates, better repairs, better customer service, a stronger voice for residents, and new council homes.
