Housing services mobile office

Our mobile office travels around the borough to provide advice and guidance on housing related issues. Our mobile office can:

  • help you raise a housing repair
  • report anti-social behaviour
  • check your rent or service charge account

We offer free training in our mobile office to learn how to use the internet or improve your computer skills. You don’t need to apply - just visit the mobile office.

We can teach you how to:

  • shop online
  • communicate with family and friends online
  • access digital public services
  • search and apply for jobs online
If you have any questions or want the mobile office to visit your area, email us

Temporary closure of Peckham Service Point

From 15 October to 2 January 2019, the Peckham Service Point will be temporarily closed for refurbishments.

What does this mean?

Our mobile offices will be temporarily located directly outside the Peckham Service Point from 15 October 2018 to 2 January 2019.

You can book an appointment to see us at the mobile office if you need assistance with your council tax, housing benefit, disabled travel or housing solutions enquiries.
