We are offering an appointment system where you can request a telephone or an online Teams appointment to discuss your actual service charges.
We know that our phone lines are very busy when customers receive their actual service charge invoices.
Therefore, we are offering an appointment system where you can request a telephone or an online Teams appointment to discuss your actual service charges. Appointments are available until 31 October 2025.

When you request an appointment, please tell us what you want to discuss regarding your 2024/25 service charge invoice. This will help us prepare for your appointment.
Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This will either include a Microsoft Teams link to join the meeting, or specify a time for a telephone appointment.
You can manage your booking, reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time. Please don’t be late for your appointment. If you do not attend, you will be marked as a NO SHOW and will need to rebook for a different timeslot.

If you would like a copy of the actual 2024/25 invoice breakdown before your appointment, you can now view and download your service charge breakdowns in your MySouthwark account.
