You can apply online to:

• offer your home to us first (right of first refusal), if selling within 10 years
• apply for exempt disposal, if selling within 10 years

If you're selling your property within 5 years of your Right to Buy and would like an estimate of what discount you would need to pay back before applying, please email us at hsg.conveyancing@southwark.gov.uk

We have 8 weeks from the date you apply to accept or reject your offer to buy your home. 

However, we aim to provide a decision as soon as possible, usually within 10 working days.

We charge:

• £144.90 administration fee to process the application
• legal fees of £181.31 + VAT and disbursements for discount repayment process only
