How to apply for a council home. Who can apply, and what information you'll need to provide.
Contact us about your application
Use our online contact form if:
- we've asked you to upload your supporting documents online and you cannot do this
- you've started an application and your circumstances have changed
- you need to request a medical assessment
- your bidding account is not working
- you want to review a decision made against your part 6 application
- you want to apply to downsize
- you want to apply for sheltered housing
Tell us if you are already on the housing register and your circumstances change.
If your name changes
If you are a London Borough of Southwark tenant(s) and want to update your application with a name change, contact your landlord services officer. The applications team will not be able to make this change.
