Empty homes

The empty homes service provides solutions to empty property owners to help bring their properties back into residential use. The service provides advice and access to funding in the form of loans and grants to help with renovation costs. It can also put empty property owners in touch with Council Housing Partners who can refurbish and manage properties.

An empty property costs you money when it could be earning you money by bringing it back into use.
