COVID-19 rapid testing (if you don’t have symptoms)

If you can’t work from home or you’re a key worker you can now book a rapid COVID-19 test if you don’t have symptoms.

Viewing your service charge account

If you sign up for a MySouthwark account you’ll be able to check your balance and view past invoices, cost breakdowns and payments.

Sign up for a MySouthwark account

You’ll need to register for a MySouthwark account to view your service charge account online.

Once you've registered for MySouthwark

Follow these steps:

  1. go to Your Accounts at the top of the page
  2. choose Service charges and tap the Finished button 
  3. choose View
  4. choose View your service charge account(s)
  5. enter a valid email address and create a password to receive a registration email
  6. go to your email account and click on the registration link
  7. follow the steps to complete your registration.
  8. if the forename and surname details do not match or you have trouble accessing, please contact us
You'll only need to do this once - then you'll be able to view your service charge account every time you log into MySouthwark.
